I’ve been quiet here, trying to take a break and spend some time with our family for the holiday. Unfortunately, our officers never really get time off. They are always “on”.
Just when we thought it would be a calm Christmas, someone pulled a gun and pointed it at an officer. The officer feared for his life and shot the person. That could be any of our officers, they face the unknown everyday. We are living through some very scary times right now. There are so many officers injured and Line of Duty Deaths occurring. I pray for their safety!!
